Loss of Speed Signal
The ComAp controller has lost the engine speed signal during operation. This can cause engine shutdown as the controller cannot determine if the engine is running or at correct speed.

ComAp controllers accept both magnetic pickup (MPU) and digital sensors. The input type is configured in InteliConfig. MPU sensors generate AC voltage proportional to speed.
Measure resistance (typically 100-1000 ohms). Spin a metal object past the sensor and measure AC voltage output. Check gap to tone ring is per specification (usually 0.5-2mm).
